What the Total Package Includes
A UAE final settlement can include more than one amount. This calculator combines four common estimates: end-of-service gratuity, unused annual leave salary, notice period pay, and overtime. Each item is shown separately before the estimated total, so the result can be checked against payslips, the employment contract, and any settlement statement provided by the employer.
The output is an informational estimate only. Some employees may have different free-zone rules, savings schemes, contract terms, unpaid absence deductions, court-ordered deductions, or employer policies that change the final payable amount.
